# How to Pull a Reece Branch Quote into FieldPulse

> Pull a pre-built Reece branch quote into your FieldPulse quote with the Reece maX integration, so goods are priced the way your Reece branch quoted them.

> **Who uses this:** Roles with Estimates or Invoices permissions. **Availability:** Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) — requires the Reece maX integration and a Reece maX account.

A branch quote is a quote a Reece team member has already put together in the branch, and the [Reece](https://www.fieldpulse.com/company/partners/reece-plumbing) maX integration lets you pull it into a [FieldPulse quote](https://www.fieldpulse.com/features/estimates-and-invoices) so your goods are priced the way Reece priced them. That takes the guesswork out of pricing goods and keeps you and [Reece](https://www.fieldpulse.com/company/partners/reece-hvac) on the same page about price increases and profit margins.

## Overview

A branch quote is a document you can ask Reece for to competitively price the goods you are buying from them. With the Reece maX integration, you reach branch quotes through the **Reece Catalogue** option while you build a quote in FieldPulse. The Reece Catalogue opens a lite version of Reece maX, where you can either build your own quote by adding Reece items to your cart or open an existing branch quote and pull its items in.

## Before you begin

* The [Reece maX integration](/integrations/suppliers/reece-max/overview) must be set up and authenticated with your Reece maX account.

* You need a branch quote already prepared by your Reece branch to pull one in.

## Pull a branch quote into a FieldPulse quote

1. While building a quote in FieldPulse, open the **Reece Catalogue** option. The Reece Catalogue opens a lite version of Reece maX.

2. Select **Branch Quotes** in the top right-hand corner.

3. Select the branch quote you want. FieldPulse adds the items from that quote to your cart.

4. Open your cart and review the items.

5. Select **Proceed to Purchase**. Your Reece goods carry back over to FieldPulse and are added to your customer's quote.
