# FieldPulse Add-On Features Roadmap

## In Progress

* **Engage: See Every Call's Journey:** When a call comes in, you will see its full path from start to finish: transfers between lines, time on hold, and how it ended (answered, abandoned, you name it).

* **Engage: Linking Calls to Your Records:** Connect any call to the Project, Job, Estimate, Invoice, or Maintenance Agreement it's about, so the context is never more than a click away.

* **Custom Forms: Value-Based Conditional Formatting:** Set fields to show, highlight, bold, or underline automatically based on the values entered — numbers, text, or dates. Mix and match multiple conditions with AND/OR logic for forms that react the way you need them to.

* **Payments: Failed and Pending Payment Statuses:** Failed and pending payments will show right on your invoice list, so you can filter for them and follow up before they become a bigger headache.

## On Deck

* **Engage Dashboard:** Visibility into your talk time, ring time, and hold time by line or by user, plus missed vs. answered call stats.

* **Payments: One Clean Monthly Statement:** Every month, we'll email you a PDF and CSV copy of your statement, summarizing all your transactions, processing fees, and deposits. You'll also find it as its own tab in your FieldPulse payments reporting, where you can view and download the PDF or CSV anytime.
