Who uses this: Service Agents — what you can see and do depends on the permission settings your Administrator or Team Manager sets. Availability: FieldPulse mobile app on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).
If you’re a Service Agent, the FieldPulse mobile app is where you run your day in the field — see your schedule, work your assigned jobs, reach the customers tied to your work, create estimates and invoices, and clock your time.

Overview

This overview is for Service Agents — the field role that works assigned jobs on the mobile app and can create customers, estimates, and invoices within the limits an Administrator or Team Manager sets.
As a Service Agent, your manager or admin sets your permission settings. If you don’t have access to something in this article, contact your manager to adjust your FieldPulse permission settings.
Here is how the Service Agent view compares with the other mobile roles:
  • Service Agents see the app scoped to their own work — the schedule, jobs, and customers tied to what they’re assigned. This article covers that view.
  • Administrators and Team Managers see the schedule for the whole team, and their Work and Sales tabs add projects, maintenance agreements, payments, purchase orders, and the company’s full customer list. See Mobile App Overview: Admins and Team Managers.
  • Limited Agents get a narrower view — they can view their schedule and the job records they’re assigned to and use timesheets, but they cannot change a job’s status. See Limited Agent Mobile App Overview.
For the full definition of each role and the permissions behind it, see User Roles and Permissions Details. To get the app, download FieldPulse from the Apple App Store (iPhone or iPad) or the Google Play Store (Android phone or tablet) and log in with your credentials. How it works

The FieldPulse mobile app puts your day on five tabs in the bottom menu — Schedule, Work, Customers, Sales, and Timesheets. Full Menu opens the same areas along with your Pulse Dashboard.

  • Edit your profile in the top right corner.

Schedule

The Schedule tab shows a list of your jobs, with four ways to view them: From any view, tap a job to change its status, clock in, add a comment, or call or email the customer.
The List view of My Schedule showing the day's assigned jobs with times, statuses, and team members
The Calendar view of My Schedule showing the week's jobs in hourly time slots
The Dispatch view of My Schedule plotting the week's jobs on a timeline
The Map view of the Schedule tab showing a scheduled job's card with a View Job link on the map
Use the month picker to jump directly to any month and year in the List or Calendar view, instead of paging through one month at a time: tap the month and year shown at the top of the screen, then select the year and month you want to view. The Calendar view in Month format with the month and year picker highlighted at the top of the screen To show more detail on each job tile on your schedule, customize your tile:

Timesheets

The Timesheets tab is where you clock in and out for the day. Some teams have both general and job-tracking timesheets enabled. To review past timesheets, select the day or week you want to see. The My Timesheets tab showing General Timesheet and Job Timesheet side by side, each with its own Clock In button

Availability

The FieldPulse mobile app runs on iOS — download it from the Apple App Store for iPhone or iPad — and on Android — download it from the Google Play Store for Android phones and tablets. The mobile app is currently available in English only, regardless of the country where it is used. What a Service Agent can see and do in the app is shaped by the permission settings an Administrator or Team Manager configures, including Setting Up Schedule Visibility, which restricts which assigned jobs appear on a Service Agent’s schedule.
