Switching to a new phone or computer
All FieldPulse data is stored on FieldPulse servers. To use FieldPulse on a new device, download the mobile app or open the web app and log in — your data syncs automatically. You do not need to back up or transfer anything.Changing the text size on your device
Text size is a device setting, not a FieldPulse setting. Changing it affects most apps and system screens on the device, including FieldPulse. On an iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Display & Brightness.
- Select Text Size and adjust the slider.
- For larger sizes, go back to Settings, select Accessibility, then Display & Text Size, select Larger Text, turn on Larger Accessibility Sizes, and adjust the slider.
On an Android device
- Open Settings — pull down the notification shade twice and tap the gear icon, or find Settings in your app drawer.
- Select Display, then Font Size or Screen zoom and font (the name varies by device).
- Adjust the font size slider.
- For larger changes, go back to Settings, select Accessibility, then Font size or Visibility enhancements, depending on your device.
In Google Chrome
- Select the three dots in the upper-right corner of Chrome, then select Settings.
- Scroll to Appearance and choose a Font size — Small, Medium (recommended), Large, or Very Large — to change the text size on all web pages.
- For finer control, select Customize fonts under Appearance to set the size and style of standard, serif, sans-serif, and fixed-width fonts.
- To scale the whole page, including images and other elements, adjust Page zoom in the same Appearance section.
Notes & limitations
- Google Chrome is the recommended browser for FieldPulse and Engage; Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge work but Chrome gives the best results.
- Minimum mobile versions: Android 7.0, iOS 17.4, iPadOS 15.1. A device that cannot update to these is not compatible.
- FieldPulse data is stored on FieldPulse servers. The mobile app caches some records on the device for Offline Mode, and signing in on a new device syncs your records.
- Text size is controlled by the device or browser, not by the FieldPulse web or mobile app.
