Who uses this: Admins have full reporting access, Team Managers can be given it, and Service Agents and Limited Agents do not. Availability: All regions. An inventory audit report is built from the Invoices > Inventory Audit tab in raw data reporting, and it is the change history for your stock — every quantity change to regular and serialized inventory, with the user who made it, the date and time, and the hub it happened in.
Overview
An inventory audit report answers one question about your stock: what changed, and who changed it. Use it to know who made changes to the inventory and when, to track discrepancies between expected and actual inventory levels, and to keep every inventory change logged and traceable. You can view historical changes across the board, per team member, or by specific inventory hubs. Raw data reporting carries other inventory reports on nearby tabs, and each covers different data. How to Create Inventory Reports covers inventory data such as supplier, tags, and unit cost. How to Create Inventory Count Reports covers count data such as last count against expected count and last count value against expected value. How to Create Item Usage Reports covers item quantity, total cost, and total price. How to Create Serialized Inventory Reports covers serialized inventory data such as serial number, unit cost, and item name. Building an inventory audit report follows the same path as every other raw data report — set a date range, choose the columns, set filters, then read the table. Inventory audit reporting is part of FieldPulse’s dashboards and reporting. For the parts of the reporting flow that are the same on every record type — saving a report, adding it to your dashboard, and exporting to CSV — see How to Use Raw Data Reporting. Before you begin
