Take advantage of our digital costbook, included with your FieldPulse subscription, that provides Reece HVAC customers with an interactive digital interface to get HVAC system and item pricing information on web app and mobile. Plus, we’ll update your costbook automatically, ensuring your pricing is always up to date.

Enabling the Costbook

To get started, reach out to us via support@fieldpulse.com or use the chat in bottom right corner of your screen. Let us know you’d like to enable the Reece Costbook, and provide your Reece customer ID. (Note: You can also use the Reece Costbook as a pricebook in order to build additional flat-rate jobs and add pictures to Reece flat-rate jobs. Be sure to let us know when providing your Reece customer ID.)

Using the Costbook

To view your costbook, select Pricebook from the left-side menu, then click Costbooks. Click on Costbook You can now open your Reece Costbook. To filter your results, select the Filters button and select from filters such as:
  • Tonnage
  • Fuel Source
  • Orientation
  • Seer
  • Coil
  • Furnace Width
  • Series
  • Compressor
Click on Filter Once you’ve narrowed your results, click on an option’s total price to add it to an estimate or invoice.
