The display showing “1 (1 Total)” is a recent update to the invoicing system. Previously, the quantity was only shown for line item groupings when the quantity was greater than one. The current update now shows this format even when there is only a single item. ​ Unfortunately, there is no way to remove the “(1 Total)” part while keeping the number “1”. However, you can hide the quantity display altogether.

How to Hide Quantity on Invoices

To prevent the quantity from showing on your invoices, you can toggle off the Display Line Item Quantities setting. This will remove the quantity from both the dynamic invoice preview and the final PDF document.
  • To access this setting, go to the invoice preview screen.
  • Look for the Display Line Item Quantities toggle.
  • Click the toggle to turn it off.
Turning this setting off will hide the quantity for all line items and groupings on the invoice.
